What you will do

• Lead the deployment of DFMEA and PFMEA across CTBU projects to identify and manage technical and operational risks.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary and international teams to ensure consistent risk and quality governance.
• Develop and deliver training on FMEA and quality methods to strengthen organizational capabilities.
• Define and implement a CTBU-wide roadmap to standardize the adoption of quality methods.
• Ensure systematic follow-up of actions resulting from quality methods to drive effective risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical education in any engineering discipline.
• Deep mastery of DFMEA, PFMEA, and System FMEA.
• Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis and lesson learned processes.
• English: Proficiency is a must.
• Experience in coordinating international teams and understanding complex processes.
• Availability to travel approximately 20% annually.

Nice to have

• Certifications in FMEA, 8D, or Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of other quality tools.
• Experience working within multicultural teams.
