hirify.global is looking for a Blades Production Special Tools and Equipment Intern to support the execution of global sourcing initiatives.

What you will do

• Assist category managers and strategic buyers in preparing negotiations, managing supplier interactions, and finalizing commercial and technical agreements.
• Support on ensuring accurate maintenance of blades capex sourcing information, CAPEX approval files, and internal databases.
• Support internal and external audits by providing the required sourcing documentation.
• Create and manage tender IDs for CAPEX projects, coordinate signature workflows, and prepare cost comparison matrixes.
• Support onboarding of industrial and technical suppliers, manage master data updates, vendor creation requests, and bank detail verification.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Readiness for action, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• High level of commitment, proactivity and dedication
• Great willingness to learn and contribute
