What you will do

• Develop and execute campaigns and events to generate community buzz and drive buyer demand.
• Plan and manage product release campaigns and on-platform community moments.
• Manage a portfolio of influencers, including relationship building, campaign ideation, and reporting.
• Partner with the global social team to manage social calendars and content strategy.
• Track growth KPIs and monitor the success of marketing programs using data analytics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven background in running digital marketing campaigns with a focus on conversion.
• Experience working directly with influencers and creators.
• Strong project management skills and ability to own execution across multiple channels.
• Deep understanding of internet culture and creator communities.
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia and comfortable with a hybrid work environment.
