What you will do

• Support ETF Market Makers, Authorized Participants, and trading desks to ensure a seamless trading environment.
• Guide the development of surveillance and analytical tools to advance market quality monitoring.
• Collaborate with portfolio management and external partners on ETF creation, redemption, pricing, and corporate actions.
• Manage the listing process and maintain ongoing relationships with listing exchanges.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders, providing education on ETF construction and valuation.
• Analyze regulatory filings, third-party research, and competitor news to monitor fund performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Relevant financial services experience, preferably within an ETF capital markets role.
• Advanced quantitative problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong Excel proficiency with the ability to manipulate large data sets.
• Solid working knowledge of Python or other programming languages.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to articulate investment concepts.
