What you will do

• Design and build data architectures and consumption patterns enabling LLMs and AI tools to operate on enterprise data.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks and Azure.
• Implement hands-on AI solutions, including feature engineering, embeddings, vector storage, and retrieval pipelines.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and the AI team to identify and integrate necessary data sources.
• Lead AI projects from initial concept through to production-grade workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer with a track record of implementing scalable pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, or Hadoop.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Azure AI Services.
• Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• Valid Visa for Poland and Fluent/Professional English (written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
