What you will do

• Develop secure backend applications and integrate AI solutions into existing product ecosystems.
• Research and apply emerging AI technologies to drive product innovation and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and support throughout the lifecycle.
• Contribute to shared backend systems supporting multiple products across the organization.
• Implement production monitoring and automated evaluation pipelines for AI solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial Python development experience focusing on scalable backend services.
• Strong proficiency in Docker for containerization and deployment.
• Demonstrated expertise in building autonomous or semi-autonomous agents using frameworks like LangGraph or Pydantic AI.
• Experience with AI security, including prompt injection prevention and safety guardrails.
• Ability to optimize throughput, token cost, and latency in production environments.
• Must be based in Poland for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience with transformer architectures, fine-tuning (PEFT/LoRA), and self-hosting models.
• Previous experience working with Veeam products.
