What you will do
- Optimize R&D and Product Management business processes to improve efficiency and scalability across the SDLC.
- Administer and configure the Atlassian Cloud suite, specifically managing Jira workflows, schemes, and automations.
- Develop Python scripts and leverage AI to automate repetitive tasks and streamline internal operational workflows.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, including the implementation of quality gates and automated enforcement rules.
- Establish "Docs-as-Code" workflows using Markdown, Git-based documentation, and automated publishing pipelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align tools with operational needs and support tooling integration during M&A activities.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira administration, including workflows, schemes, and customizations.
- Practical knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proficiency in Python scripting and advanced REST API, webhook, and event-driven integration design.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket Pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Docs-as-Code (Markdown, Git, documentation CI/CD pipelines).
- Ability to translate business needs into practical process and tooling improvements.
