What you will do

• Own the end-to-end verification and activation journey, including KYC, Re-KYC, and deposit/withdrawal flows across global markets.
• Define and deliver the product strategy for identity verification systems, including multi-vendor IDV orchestration and fraud prevention.
• Optimize KYC conversion rates and reduce drop-offs to improve verification speed while maintaining strict regulatory standards.
• Design and manage fiat and crypto payment rail experiences, including methods, eligibility rules, and regional availability.
• Drive onboarding reward mechanisms and improve activation funnels from first deposit to first trade and derivatives participation.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Engineering to translate regulatory constraints into scalable product solutions.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of product management experience in fintech, crypto exchanges, neobanks, or high-scale digital platforms.
• Proven experience owning onboarding, identity verification (KYC/AML), payments, or user activation funnels in complex regulatory environments.
• Strong understanding of IDV systems, fraud detection mechanisms, and multi-vendor verification routing logic.
• Technical fluency with APIs, ledger systems, and platform architecture.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in funnel analytics and tools such as SQL, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Must be based in Australia.
