What you will do

• Manage non-live content planning and scheduling using the What'sOn tool to ensure the right audiences receive content at the right time.
• Ensure all content scheduling is in strict compliance with rights agreements and contractual obligations.
• Support live-event planning, including the preparation of monthly content plans and editorial picking for B2B platforms.
• Identify and exploit content from the linear channel portfolio and manage short-notice programming updates.
• Act as the communication link between local and central teams in the UK and Munich to keep metadata and plans up to date.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data management.
• Willingness to learn operational scheduling and content management processes.
• Must be based in or able to work from Munich/Ismaning (Hybrid).
• Ability to operate effectively in a complex multi-territory and multi-language environment.
