What you will do

• Design and build scalable data platforms using the Databricks ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines using PySpark and Scala.
• Ensure code reliability and performance for production-grade environments.
• Work across major cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Collaborate directly with clients to shape long-term data strategies.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and the Databricks community.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, PySpark, and SQL.
• Strong coding skills in Python and SQL suitable for production environments.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and data modeling/ETL concepts.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.

Nice to have

• Databricks certifications (Associate, Professional, or Champion status).
• Strong background in Spark.
