What you will do

• Identify and define relevant quality KPIs for critical IT systems.
• Integrate disparate data sources into a unified monitoring framework.
• Design and build a data model to support automated KPI reporting.
• Develop dashboards to visualize trends, risks, and anomalies.
• Validate the MVP version with stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Document the design and implementation process for future handover.

Requirements

• Strong analytical mindset with affinity for data and dashboards.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
• Basic knowledge of IT quality and DevOps principles.
• Ability to balance stakeholder needs in a regulated environment.
