What you will do

• Formulate and implement procurement plans to ensure stable production and on-time delivery.
• Manage supplier development, evaluation, and assessment to optimize the supply system and reduce risks.
• Lead cost optimization initiatives through negotiation, centralized purchasing, and material substitution.
• Oversee procurement orders, contracts, and payment processes to ensure full traceability and compliance.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality departments to resolve material shortages and quality issues.
• Implement personnel training and development plans to ensure a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in an engineering-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in the mechanical field.
• English proficiency: Basic listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
