What you will do

  • Contribute to operational planning and quarterly prioritisation of the Digital change journey backlog.
  • Lead the delivery of performance and portfolio dashboards aligned with current transformation and value driver performance.
  • Track the delivery of the Digital change journey and provide insights on variances, risks, and dependencies.
  • Manage the governance framework and benefits realisation tracking in line with Group standards.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for complex analysis, studies, and presentations for the Digital change leadership team.
  • Identify and remove obstacles to transformation objectives using appropriate escalation paths.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in portfolio management, project management, or PMO.
  • Proven expertise in change management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Ability to work successfully in dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environments.
