TL;DR

Product Manager Apps & Retention (Mobile): Leading the B2C product team to enhance mobile app value and increase customer retention with an accent on iOS, Android, and CRM touchpoints. Focus on optimizing the customer journey from web to app, improving repeat bookings, and developing service-related tooling.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in or be able to commute to Amsterdam, Netherlands (2-3 days per week at HQ).

What you will do

  • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data analysts to grow app value.
  • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for iOS and Android apps.
  • Optimize CRM touchpoints including email, push notifications, and SMS to drive retention.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, and other Product teams to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and hypothesis validation to launch and evaluation.
  • Improve service-related tooling to reduce customer friction and increase satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management for digital consumer products.
  • Proven ability to translate customer problems into clear product priorities.
  • Data-informed and hypothesis-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and mobile app development concepts.
  • Experience with e-commerce or mobile apps is a strong plus.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
