• Own the technical and operational outcomes of the Netherlands Engineering Hub.
• Establish and enforce measurable KPIs for delivery predictability, quality, and operational health.
• Champion and operationalize AI-driven SDLC practices across all engineering teams.
• Translate strategic product objectives into executable roadmaps with clear milestones.
• Foster a high-performance culture rooted in ownership, transparency, and continuous learning.
• Provide architectural oversight to ensure systems meet standards for scalability, security, and reliability.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
• 3–5+ years leading engineering teams with full delivery accountability.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise SaaS products.
• Strong technical foundation in distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and backend development.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools across the SDLC.
• Ability to operate with authority and influence cross-functionally.
