What you will do

  • Act as a strategic business partner and advocate to create value and revenue for enterprise customers.
  • Analyze customer business, market, and revenue models to drive recommendations leveraging hirify.global capabilities.
  • Consult with customers to maximize system utilization and collaborate across the organization to resolve challenges.
  • Develop long-term account solution strategies and roadmaps in tandem with the product team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite and management.
  • Monitor customer health and conduct periodic engagements to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in technology-focused customer success or sales roles.
  • Proven experience working with large-scale enterprise customers.
  • Experience managing SaaS or Cloud technical accounts.
  • Strong ability to analyze wellness industry businesses qualitatively and quantitatively.
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills for executive-level interaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant discipline.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of the wellness industry.
  • Previous Senior-level Program Management or Product Management experience.
  • MBA degree.
