Salary: 110,000 AUD

What you will do
- Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise customers to ensure long-term value realization.
- Drive onboarding, platform adoption, and ongoing engagement.
- Support renewals and proactively identify growth opportunities within accounts.
- Act as the voice of the customer across Product, Sales, and Engineering teams.
- Help customers translate complex energy data into actionable business outcomes.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across property, sustainability, and operations teams.
Requirements
- Customer Success or Account Management experience in a B2B environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercial mindset with proven experience supporting renewals.
- Experience with CRM systems, such as HubSpot.
- Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in North Sydney, NSW.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, energy, IoT, proptech, or infrastructure.
