Location: Hybrid (North Sydney, NSW)

Salary: 110,000 AUD

What you will do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise customers to ensure long-term value realization.
  • Drive onboarding, platform adoption, and ongoing engagement.
  • Support renewals and proactively identify growth opportunities within accounts.
  • Act as the voice of the customer across Product, Sales, and Engineering teams.
  • Help customers translate complex energy data into actionable business outcomes.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across property, sustainability, and operations teams.

Requirements

  • Customer Success or Account Management experience in a B2B environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Commercial mindset with proven experience supporting renewals.
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as HubSpot.
  • Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in North Sydney, NSW.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, energy, IoT, proptech, or infrastructure.
