What you will do

• Lead business requirement gathering workshops with bank stakeholders.
• Perform gap analysis and provide functional solution designs aligned with Temenos best practices.
• Prepare Functional Specifications (FSD), user guides, and training materials.
• Configure and implement Temenos Arrangement Architecture (AA) products and contracts.
• Support end-to-end implementation cycles including data migration, SIT, and UAT.
• Act as a functional SME to support production issues and system stabilization post go-live.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Core Banking implementations.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Temenos Transact / T24.
• Strong functional expertise in Arrangement Architecture (AA).
• Mandarin speaking proficiency is required.
• Must be based in China.
• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Temenos Payment Hub (TPH).
• Exposure to TAABS or Temenos configuration tools.
• Knowledge of integration frameworks and APIs.
• Temenos certification (TLC).
