What you will do

• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of Field Data Engineers.
• Partner with sales leadership and strategic customers to solve complex data engineering and AI workloads.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to technical contributors and C-level executives on data engineering and AI strategies.
• Collaborate with Product Management to shape Snowflake’s data engineering and AI capabilities based on global market needs.
• Scale team expertise via technical blogs, whitepapers, and industry conferences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing and scaling high-performing technical teams in Data Engineering or Solutions Architecture.
• Proven experience managing geographically distributed teams across the APJ region.
• Strong understanding of operationalizing AI/ML workloads, including LLMs, RAG, and feature stores.
• Deep knowledge of data integration patterns, streaming, and pipeline orchestration.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
