What you will do

• Build and fine-tune LLMs for specific business use cases.
• Develop and test voice-to-text pipelines and conversational agents.
• Design and implement prototype agentic applications using Python.
• Prepare and annotate text and audio datasets for training and validation.
• Evaluate model outputs and suggest production-ready GenAI enhancements.
• Collaborate with senior engineers through code reviews and team stand-ups.

Requirements

• Strong Python skills with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
• Basic understanding of ML concepts, specifically NLP, speech processing, or autonomous agents.
• Familiarity with transformer architectures and prompt engineering.
• Experience with open-source models like Whisper or Vosk and agent frameworks like LangGraph.
• Proficiency with Git for version control and code reviews.
• English: B2 level required

Nice to have

• German language skills (min. B1).
• Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow and DVC.
• Knowledge of audio signal processing (e.g., FFT, mel spectrograms).
• Background in UX/UI design for conversational or voice interfaces.
