• Partner with research teams to maintain a shared, accessible view of ongoing work and milestones.
• Handle coordination, resourcing, and cross-team conversations to maximize researcher focus on science.
• Own the operational path from research to release candidate for code and vibe workstreams.
• Manage communication interfaces to integrate team work naturally within the wider science organization.
• Translate technical research progress into high-signal updates for leadership.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Paris (On-site)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in technical program management, operations, or research coordination.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to shape ambiguity into structure.
• Ability to engage substantively with research work and build credibility with technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in research-heavy or ML/AI organizations.
• Familiarity with code generation, coding agents, or software engineering benchmarks.
• Hands-on experience with modern coding tools.
• Track record of building systemic processes from the ground up.
