What you will do

• Lead the development and rollout of experiential pop-ups and high-profile platforms (HPPs).
• Translate brand vision into immersive, customer-centric retail concepts and storytelling.
• Design advocacy-led experiences incorporating social sharing, influencers, and UGC.
• Collaborate with Brand, Trade Marketing, Digital, and CRM teams for integrated campaigns.
• Develop global toolkits and guidelines for retail experiences to ensure consistency.
• Analyze performance KPIs (traffic, data capture, ROI) and conduct competitive benchmarking.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Global Merchandising, Retail Project Management, or Trade Marketing.
• Must be based in Paris, France.
• Experience in luxury, beauty, or selective retail environments.
• Exposure to international or worldwide markets.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

• Ability to read and understand Technical Drawings (TD).
