What you will do
- Handle B2B customer service for the Swiss market primarily via written Italian communication.
- Provide support for financial queries, including transactional business and basic accounting.
- Answer product-related questions and implement contract changes.
- Prepare customer reports, account statements, and conduct reconciliations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external business partners to find optimal solutions.
- Assist in team problem-solving activities and implementation of agreed solutions.
Requirements
- Fluent Italian (minimum B2 level).
- Very good proficiency in English and Polish.
- Proactive approach and team player mentality.
- Customer-centric mindset with high attention to detail.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw, Poland.
