TL;DR

Customer Experience Consultant (Fintech): Providing high-level application support and guidance for cloud-based treasury and payments solutions with an accent on cash management and financial transactions. Focus on resolving complex product issues, optimizing customer journeys, and mentoring junior consultants.

Location: Must be based in the Warsaw tech hub

Salary: zł112,700 - zł155,000 per year

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client support queries via phone, email, and support portal while meeting SLAs.
  • Provide application support for cash management, bank reporting, cash positioning, forecasting, payments, and general ledger processing.
  • Analyze and resolve product issues and utilize data-driven insights to improve customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues requiring specialized expertise.
  • Document solutions and maintain the knowledge base for continuous service improvement.
  • Serve as a mentor for junior support consultants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Graduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or relevant work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer support or customer experience role.
  • Must be located in or able to work from Warsaw.
  • Strong initial Treasury knowledge on SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with cloud-based service (SaaS) deployment and support.
  • Additional language skills in Spanish, Italian, or French.
