Salary: zł112,700 - zł155,000 per year

What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for client support queries via phone, email, and support portal while meeting SLAs.
- Provide application support for cash management, bank reporting, cash positioning, forecasting, payments, and general ledger processing.
- Analyze and resolve product issues and utilize data-driven insights to improve customer journeys.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues requiring specialized expertise.
- Document solutions and maintain the knowledge base for continuous service improvement.
- Serve as a mentor for junior support consultants.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Graduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or relevant work experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer support or customer experience role.
- Must be located in or able to work from Warsaw.
- Strong initial Treasury knowledge on SaaS solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with cloud-based service (SaaS) deployment and support.
- Additional language skills in Spanish, Italian, or French.
