What you will do

• Manage and prioritize customer complaints regarding electrical failures, reliability, and assembly defects.
• Coordinate failure analysis activities with internal labs and translate findings into technical reports.
• Lead root-cause investigations using structured methodologies like 8D, 5-Why, and Ishikawa.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in collaboration with process, test, and R&D teams.
• Communicate technical investigation results clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze production and reliability data to identify systemic quality trends and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Physics, or Materials Science.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in semiconductor quality, failure analysis, or reliability engineering.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor devices, manufacturing processes, and failure mechanisms.
• Proficiency in failure analysis techniques such as SEM, EDX, X-ray, and curve tracing.
• Experience with quality tools including 8D, FMEA, SPC, and DOE.
• Ability to interpret electrical test data and ensure compliance with AEC-Q100 and IATF 16949 standards.
