What you will do

• Contribute to the design and optimization of manufacturing engineering processes and factory operations.
• Evaluate equipment performance and implement corrective actions.
• Support process improvements to enhance overall production efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve product quality.
• Apply theoretical knowledge to practical projects that support business goals.

Requirements

• Currently an undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, or Computer Science.
• Able to commit to a minimum 6-month internship period with university or college agreement.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Technical knowledge in statistics, process control, mathematics, and design of experiment.
• Familiarity with failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and ISO quality management.
