What you will do

• Deliver pre-sales technical enablement, including demonstrations, training sessions, and solution overviews for partners.
• Educate partners on emerging technologies, vendor roadmaps, market trends, and high-value IT solutions.
• Provide SME-level expertise on vendor products and solutions to support partner sales and technical teams.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping partners improve competitiveness and win rates.
• Collaborate with partners to identify key stakeholders and support the development of solution practices.
• Drive awareness of modern business needs and customer outcomes across various solution areas.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3 years of functional experience, including at least 1 year in a technical enablement, pre-sales, or solution engineering role.
• Strong technical understanding of IT solutions, vendor technologies, and enterprise or channel ecosystems.
• Experience delivering technical training, product demonstrations, or solution enablement sessions.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business and sales value for partner audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
