What you will do

• Manage Accounts Payable and Treasury operations, ensuring timely payments and adherence to internal financial policies.
• Control and monitor payment requests through Jira to ensure full traceability and workflow execution.
• Perform accounting classification of affiliate costs and international transactions within the General Ledger.
• Conduct expense report and monthly OKP reconciliations to optimize cash flow management.
• Identify and mitigate risks of duplicate or incorrect payments through systematic weekly reviews.
• Manage international tax filings and validate documentation provided by BPO partners to ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and treasury operations.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for liaising with internal and external partners.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of international payment tax obligations and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or workflow tools like Jira.
• Experience with General Ledger classification and reconciliation.
