What you will do

• Partner with client executives to audit operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and map high-impact AI digital transformation roadmaps.
• Independently design and deploy rapid Proof of Concepts (POCs) and MVPs using prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG, and automation platforms.
• Act as a translator between business units and engineering squads, converting prototypes into scoped production requirements and functional specs.
• Proactively identify and mitigate implementation risks regarding data privacy, enterprise security, and system reliability.
• Identify opportunities to scale pilot projects into broader enterprise implementations across marketing technology and customer experience (CX) architectures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in stakeholder management and extracting business requirements from executives.
• Track record of delivering practical AI, workflow automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to independently build AI POCs using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, Replit, n8n, or Zapier.
• Strong understanding of system data flows, API integrations, and SaaS connections.
• Background in consulting, digital agency environments, CX, or marketing technology.
• Must be based in Uruguay.

Nice to have

• Direct experience within the Adobe ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangSmith, Promptfoo, or vector databases.
• Basic coding capabilities in Python or JavaScript.
• Background in content supply chains or personalization for enterprise-scale clients.
