Location: Remote within Ukraine (Kyiv, Odesa, Lviv, Rivne)

What you will do

• Orchestrate AI agents using tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot CLI.
• Develop RAG-based knowledge retrieval systems and implement policy-driven guardrails.
• Apply Spec Driven Development (SDD) and contract-first design for enterprise environments.
• Design API schemas using OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, and GraphQL.
• Optimize token usage and implement cost-aware AI execution strategies.
• Build reusable skills and sub-agents with MCP integration.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals in Python, TypeScript, or Java.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering for complex, multi-step tasks.
• Experience with microservices and distributed systems.
• Ability to rigorously validate and refine AI-generated outputs to meet quality and security standards.
• Must be based in Ukraine.
