What you will do

• Define and manage department KPIs and action plans to achieve strategic and operational targets.
• Lead component production operations to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and cost competitiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity and efficiency through process optimization.
• Ensure HSE compliance and maintain safe operations across in-house production and customer service.
• Manage and develop the team through target setting, performance evaluation, and capability building.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 8 years of management experience in manufacturing or production.
• Strong proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on production management experience.
• Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 systems.

• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
