Salary: CAD 130,000 – 160,000

What you will do

• Manage managed services production environments and develop necessary telemetry for system health.
• Partner with customers to ensure smooth deployment and integration of hirify.global software.
• Improve reliability and operability by contributing directly to the product code base.
• Handle incident management, code upgrades, health checks, and optimization projects.
• Advise clients on API best practices for middleware integration.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve client issues and drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience deploying and maintaining products in complex environments, ideally in financial services.
• 2-5 years of software development experience.
• Experience in client-facing roles with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps tooling: Linux, Kubernetes, RedHat OpenShift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, Go, YAML, and Bash.
• Experience maintaining high availability in remote production environments and familiarity with VDIs and virtualization.
• Must be based in Vancouver or surrounding cities

Nice to have

• Experience with Java, Rust, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of relational databases.
• Experience with service management tools like Jira Service Management or Zendesk.
