What you will do

• Manage and scale AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure reliable and secure production systems.
• Build, operate, and improve CI/CD pipelines for fast and repeatable deployments.
• Develop and maintain IaC for consistent, auditable, and scalable environments.
• Execute infrastructure patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management with minimal disruption.
• Partner with the Security team to deploy and operate SAST, DAST, and SIEM solutions.
• Lead the adoption of observability platforms to improve infrastructure and application health monitoring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in shell scripting (Bash) and at least one programming language (Python, Go, or Java).
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including ECS, EKS, EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, and Redis.
• Experience with Docker, GitHub Actions, and observability tools like Datadog or New Relic.
• Must be currently based in Canada and legally authorized to work in the country.

Nice to have

• Experience designing and operating AWS security programs (GuardDuty, Inspector, Security Hub).
• Experience deploying and scaling SAST platforms such as SonarQube in enterprise environments.
