What you will do

• Develop and maintain working relationships with coffee roasters in Europe to sell a wide range of green coffee offerings.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand the company's presence in the European market.
• Liaise with quality assurance and origin teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Participate actively in coffee selection and curation to ensure high-quality offerings.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade exhibitions across Europe.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, pricing, and opportunities within the coffee sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in green coffee sales or trading in European markets.
• Strong knowledge of global coffee markets, pricing mechanisms, and trading platforms.
• Fluent spoken and written English is required; an additional European language is a plus.
• Must be based in and authorized to work in the EU.
• Availability and openness to travel.
