Freedom24 is looking for an Internal Communications and HR Brand Expert to join the team in Limassol, Cyprus. This is a full-time, on-site role for a communications professional who enjoys shaping internal culture, executive messaging, and employee engagement in a fast-paced international business.

What you’ll do:
— develop and continuously improve the internal communications strategy aligned with company goals and values
— create, edit, and distribute content across internal channels including newsletters, intranet, executive emails, memos, and announcements
— partner with senior leadership and executives to craft clear messaging around organizational changes and company-wide initiatives
— ensure consistency in tone of voice and communication standards across departments
— coordinate communication calendars around launches, milestones, and business events
— drive employee engagement initiatives including town halls, all-hands meetings, and internal campaigns
— monitor communication effectiveness, collect employee feedback, and optimise internal comms strategy
— collaborate with HR, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth information flow
— manage internal communication platforms including Slack and distribution tools
— support HR communications, employer branding, and internal culture initiatives

What we’re looking for:
— 3–5+ years in internal communications, corporate communications, PR, or related roles
— experience working with senior stakeholders / executives
— strong writing, editing, storytelling, and content planning skills
— experience with Slack, intranet tools, and email distribution platforms
— basic analytics mindset to measure communications impact
— employer branding experience is a plus
— change management communications experience is an advantage
— experience organizing all-hands / town halls is welcome
