What you will do
- Develop and implement workforce strategies aligned with organizational growth and business needs.
- Partner with department leads on organizational design, refining job descriptions, and managing internal mobility.
- Lead performance management and succession planning cycles to align team members with company goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor for managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and legal compliance.
- Drive eNPS action plans to boost team engagement and foster a high-performance culture.
- Design and execute leadership development initiatives to strengthen management capabilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in an HRBP role, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth industries.
- Deep understanding of onboarding, offboarding, and performance review methodologies.
- Solid grasp of Compensation & Benefits basics, including salary reviews and total rewards.
- Strong ability to utilize HR metrics and analysis methods for data-based decision-making.
- Experience in managing organizational transitions and employee turnover.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) written and spoken proficiency required.
