What you will do

• Develop and implement workforce strategies aligned with organizational growth and business needs.
• Partner with department leads on organizational design, refining job descriptions, and managing internal mobility.
• Lead performance management and succession planning cycles to align team members with company goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor for managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and legal compliance.
• Drive eNPS action plans to boost team engagement and foster a high-performance culture.
• Design and execute leadership development initiatives to strengthen management capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in an HRBP role, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth industries.
• Deep understanding of onboarding, offboarding, and performance review methodologies.
• Solid grasp of Compensation & Benefits basics, including salary reviews and total rewards.
• Strong ability to utilize HR metrics and analysis methods for data-based decision-making.
• Experience in managing organizational transitions and employee turnover.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) written and spoken proficiency required.
