What you will do

• Analyze traffic sources, user behavior, and revenue metrics to uncover growth potential.
• Develop and execute monetization strategies while testing new hypotheses.
• Monitor ad monetization performance, competitor benchmarks, and industry trends.
• Evaluate partner channels and negotiate improved cooperation terms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, marketing, and partner teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in analytics, monetization, business development, or product analytics.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Amplitude.
• Practical experience with A/B testing methodologies.
• Deep understanding of key advertising metrics including eCPM, CTR, and Ad LTV.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business strategy.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in an environment with minimal supervision.
