What you will do

• Own the entire user journey from the first purchase to the end of the customer lifetime.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve activation, engagement, retention, and LTV.
• Build and prioritize the product roadmap in collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
• Conduct product discovery through user behavior analysis, market research, and competitor analysis.
• Launch and analyze A/B tests across onboarding, paywalls, pricing, and engagement loops.
• Track product metrics to make data-driven ship, iterate, or kill decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2C mobile products.
• Hands-on experience with iOS and Android app development processes.
• Strong understanding of subscription or freemium monetization models.
• Proven experience improving metrics such as conversion, retention, LTV, and ARPU.
• Strong analytical skills in funnel, cohort, and retention analysis.
• English level sufficient for working with international teams
