What you will do

• Support campaign launches and setup on platforms including Meta, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Ensure campaign compliance with hirify.global’s internal guidelines.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and checks across various channels.
• Maintain data accuracy for reporting tools and company software.
• Produce daily campaign reports, including pacing and commentary for regional Media Activation teams.
• Collaborate closely with multicultural teams across the US, Europe, and Asia.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in planning and managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop actionable recommendations from raw data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Must be based in and eager to work from Poland.
