TL;DR

hirify.global is a fintech platform blending traditional banking with decentralized finance (DeFi) to simplify crypto access and integrate it into the broader financial ecosystem.

What you will do

  • Review, negotiate, and prepare comments on inbound contracts from acquirers, liquidity providers, and other external partners.
  • Own the legal relationship with third-party payment and financial institutions from a contractual standpoint.
  • Prepare and maintain Terms & Conditions for company products, websites, and applications.
  • Navigate and apply European payment legislation including EMD2, PSD2, and AML/CFT frameworks to daily tasks.
  • Support compliance with requirements from payment institutions and financial regulators, including conceptual application of DORA and MiCA.
  • Proactively flag legal risks and propose viable solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in legal roles within European financial institutions, payment companies, or banks.
  • Law degree from a reputable university.
  • Strong grounding in European payment law and regulation (must-have).
  • Proven background in drafting and negotiating contracts with financial counterparties.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Practical experience applying AI tools in daily professional workflows.

Nice to have

  • Experience with cryptocurrency and Web3.
