Senior Business Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (office attendance 2 days per week required)

What you will do

• Develop and continuously improve project and service delivery standards across the client lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Delivery Excellence and Global PMO to align ways of working and drive consistent adoption.
• Analyze delivery practices and data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend pragmatic enhancements.
• Create and maintain delivery playbooks, templates, guidance material, and internal enablement content.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve the quality, efficiency, and predictability of delivery.
• Optimize the use of tools like monday.com and Azure DevOps and explore AI-enabled tooling for automation.

Requirements

• Experience in project delivery, service delivery, consulting, or PMO environments.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Good understanding of delivery methodologies, governance, and lifecycle concepts.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working across teams and seniority levels.
• Must be based in or able to work in Warsaw, Poland under a hybrid model.

Nice to have

• Experience or working knowledge of monday.com or Azure DevOps.
• Curiosity and appetite for using AI tools in practical delivery contexts.
