What you will do
- Lead strategic transformation initiatives across Access construction and network delivery to improve cost, quality, and speed.
- Identify Capex and Opex efficiency opportunities through process optimization, automation, and commercial initiatives.
- Partner with Construction, Engineering, Finance, and Procurement teams to drive end-to-end transformation outcomes.
- Develop and execute the Construction Transformation roadmap aligned with overall Networks strategy.
- Manage senior vendor relationships to improve commercial outcomes, delivery performance, and operational alignment.
- Develop executive-level reporting, business cases, and performance insights for senior leadership.
Requirements
- Significant experience in transformation, strategy, or large-scale delivery within telecommunications, infrastructure, or construction environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience delivering financial efficiency outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead complex transformation initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience managing senior vendor and partner relationships, including commercial and performance governance.
- Deep understanding of telecommunications network delivery, construction operations, or infrastructure deployment.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and business case development capabilities.
