What you will do

• Own end-to-end service delivery alignment between customer expectations and internal delivery capabilities.
• Coordinate scope definition, planning, execution tracking, and cross-functional resource engagement.
• Drive delivery execution within agreed scope while managing risks, cost awareness, and efficiency.
• Communicate delivery status, risks, and dependencies to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute technical and delivery input during presales discussions to validate feasibility and delivery approaches.
• Bridge engineering, delivery, and customer-facing functions while shaping deliverable network solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of total professional experience.
• Experience in service delivery, project management, or service coordination, including previous hands-on network engineering experience.
• Experience across network lifecycle activities, including design, deployment, migration, and validation.
• Background in optical transport and networking, including DWDM and Layer 0/Layer 1 technologies.
• Experience working with customers, cross-functional delivery teams, and engineering resources.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and collaborate across time zones and multicultural teams.

Nice to have

• Experience contributing to RFx responses from a service delivery perspective.
• Experience providing delivery input to presales proposals.
• Experience supporting smaller-scale engagements with limited technical execution involvement.
