Location: Must be based in Stockholm (Onsite role).

What you will do

  • Analyze and evaluate credit applications to produce transparent offers.
  • Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory standards.
  • Communicate with customers via email, chat, phone, and social media.
  • Perform administrative tasks including AML/KYC checks and customer verification.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to internal processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to maintain high service quality.

Requirements

  • Native-level Swedish and fluent English required.
  • Must be based in Stockholm.
  • Experience with internal tools, multi-step workflows, or case management systems.
  • Strong analytical thinking and pattern recognition skills.
  • Ability to investigate issues and distinguish between user errors and system bugs.
  • Commitment to ethical work and helping customers regain financial control.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech operations, KYC/KYB processes, or quality assurance.
  • Knowledge of other core market languages (German, Finnish, or Norwegian).
