What you will do

• Lead analytics and financial oversight of the partner receivables portfolio to ensure accurate tracking and collection.
• Drive data-informed decision-making across the full receivables lifecycle.
• Monitor outsourced collection partners and support reconciliation and reporting processes across various markets.
• Collaborate with risk, billing, accounting, and engineering teams to automate workflows and strengthen operational efficiency.
• Oversee portfolio performance analysis and present insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or Data Science.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analytics or accounts receivable within fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Strong SQL and data manipulation skills.
• Experience with ERP platforms (preferably SAP) and BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Deep understanding of B2B receivables, invoicing lifecycles, and debt collection practices.
• Familiarity with IFRS, SOX compliance, and financial reporting in regulated environments.

Nice to have

• Experience managing debt collection agency relationships and outsourcing strategies.
• Background in merchant or partner financial risk assessment.
• Knowledge of VAT reporting and reconciliation processes.
• Experience in driving process automation within finance operations.
