What you will do

• Support the Art Director in implementing and maintaining the visual direction of the game.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure visual quality and consistency across environments.
• Drive artistic projects by setting a vision and communicating it effectively to the teams.
• Review assets and deliverables, providing clear and actionable feedback.
• Partner with directors and feature owners to align artistic goals across disciplines.
• Contribute to planning and tracking through OKRs and KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven leadership capabilities as a lead, craft lead, feature owner, or people manager.
• At least 2 years of successful experience in a lead or director role within game art production.
• Experience in concept art and design.
• Strong experience collaborating across art, design, and technical disciplines.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in public speaking engagements.
• Previous track record of product and/or game launches.
• Experience contributing to creative vision, strategy, or long-term artistic direction.
