What you will do

• Create concept art and designs, progressing from rough sketches to polished final concepts.
• Explore ideas rapidly through sketching, paint-overs, and iterative visual development.
• Gather and organize visual research and reference materials.
• Utilize both 2D and 3D tools as part of the standard production workflow.
• Collaborate with art directors and other disciplines to resolve creative and production challenges.
• Participate in reviews and feedback sessions throughout the production cycle.

Requirements

• Solid fundamentals in design, composition, lighting, color, and perspective.
• Strong proficiency in Photoshop.
• Basic experience with 3D tools such as Blender or ZBrush.
• Strong interest in Unreal Engine and real-time workflows.
• Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong observation and reference-gathering skills.

Nice to have

• Practical experience working in Unreal Engine.
• Traditional drawing, painting, or sculpting experience.
• Previous experience in freelance, collaborative, or personal projects.
• Relevant education in concept art, design, or visual development.
