TL;DR

Location: Remote (US) or Ann Arbor, MI

Salary: $105,000–$140,000 base (OTE $150,000–$200,000)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, and sequencing workflows at scale.
  • Manage the end-to-end GTM tech stack comprising CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo, Clearbit), and sequencing platforms (Outreach, Instantly).
  • Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research, personalized outreach generation, and follow-up workflows.
  • Instrument the top-of-funnel to track and optimize meetings booked and pipeline creation.
  • Develop integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, and Make.
  • Research and adopt emerging AI and GTM tooling to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or a technical RevOps role.
  • Proven experience building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines and lead scoring.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, and REST APIs.
  • Strong analytical approach focused on pipeline influenced, reply rates, and conversion metrics.
  • Ability to ship quickly and maintain simplicity in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience building GTM systems for AI, voice, or developer-tools products.
  • Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas.
  • Background at a B2C company that also manages B2B or API sales motions.
