Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
• Generalist mindset with a willingness to learn new languages and frameworks.
• Familiarity with data security and HIPAA compliance.
• Strong sense of individual accountability and commitment to authentic feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience with Claude Code, Airflow, dlt, or dbt.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, React, or Go.
• Experience working in an AWS and Kubernetes environment.
