What you will do

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for ServiceNow implementations covering ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, and SAM.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure designs using the Now Create methodology.
• Define technical roadmaps, reference architectures, and integration patterns for enterprise deployments.
• Govern platform health, manage upgrade strategies, and oversee technical debt reduction.
• Architect integrations with ERP systems, HRIS platforms, and third-party tools using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
• Mentor delivery teams and support pre-sales activities, including RFP responses and solution estimation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York, NY, USA.
• Minimum 12 years of total IT industry experience.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and CMDB/CSDM design.
• Experience with ServiceNow’s AI toolset to design and govern AI-augmented workflows.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CIS (ITSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM, CMDB/CSDM), CAD, or CTA.
